As the Director of Instruction for the Whitewater School District I’m so please to have the privilege of working with such world-class students, staff and administrators

We take pride in our schools and pride in our students who make up our school community.  Each and every day we strive to build a community of learners who are respected for their individuality and challenged to reach their highest potential. Together, with our staff, we create an environment in which students grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Through the development of skills for problem solving and opportunities to think creatively, we strive to develop lifelong learners.

We invite you to actively participate in the school community and in the education of our children. We are dedicated to creating a strong home-school-community partnership to meet our children’s needs. We look forward to another great school year with the students and you!

Respectfully,

Kelly Seichter
Director of Instruction

Why Whitewater?
I am in the enviable position of being a mom that works at her children's school district. More exciting is that I get to work with an excellent staff of people who are working hard to move this district into the right direction for the future.

A resident of Fort Atkinson, I started working at WUSD in 2002 as the Administrative Assistant - Data and Information Management. At that point my children were too young to attend school. However, after seeing the type of initiatives put forth by this district and its staff, my husband and I decided that when the time came we would open enroll our children at WUSD. Now, with two daughters attending school here and two more waiting anxiously at home to catch up with their sisters, we are confident that we made the right decision!
