Families with current students: Parents login to the Infinite Campus portal account and complete the '2024-25 School Year Annual Update' for current students and register 4K and New to the District K students at that time.

Families without current students: Complete the full online registration for 2024-2025: https://www.wwusd.org/o/wwusd/page/new-family-enrollment.

As part of the online enrollment process, families will be required to upload the following forms:

• Proof of age: Original birth certificate or other acceptable proof of age including previously verified school records, an adoption record, or a religious, hospital, or physician's certificate showing date of birth

• Immunization Records

• Proof of residency (recent utility bill, bank statement, mortgage or lease showing your current address)

4K REGISTRATION REMINDERS: 

• A child must be 4 years of age by September 1, 2024. 

• WUSD 4K AM and PM preference will be considered. 

  • AM Section: 8:00am-10:45am

  • PM Section: 12:15pm-3:00pm

• Original birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency should be submitted online or brought in on registration day. 

• $10.00 Materials Fee will be available to pay online in August 2024. A notification will be sent to the families when the fees are able to be paid.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION REMINDERS: 

• A child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024. 

• Original birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency should be submitted online or brought in on registration day.  

• $20.00 Materials Fee will be be available to pay online in August 2024. A notification will be sent to the families when the fees are able to be paid.
